'All in for Autism' runs set for April 23

Whatever your ability, lace up for the "All in for Autism" 10K or 5K race, or non-competitive half-mile Kids' Dash, on Sunday, April 23. Proceeds from the event, hosted by the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club and cosponsored by the City of Bellevue, will go to Kindering and other agencies.

Traffic on adjacent streets and surrounding neighborhoods will be impacted during the event. Detours and road closure signs will be in place. Please plan accordingly and schedule trips to avoid conflicts with the race routes. More event details:

  • When: The 10K run, the first event, starts at 8 a.m. More information on race times, registration and sponsors is available on the event web page.
  • Where: Both the 5-kilometer and 10-kilometer courses start and end downtown at Northeast Fourth Street, near Downtown Park.
  • Road closures: From 7:30 to 10 a.m., several downtown streets will be partially or fully closed to vehicles.

Participants are encouraged to walk, bike, carpool or take a bus to the event. Comprehensive information on travel options is available at Choose Your Way Bellevue. For regularly updated information on citywide lane closures and detours, check Traffic Advisories. The Transportation Department's Twitter page is @BvueTrans.
