Steering Committee Final Report:
On Sept. 24, 2007, the Bel-Red Steering Committee presented recommendations for the future of the Bel-Red Corridor to the City Council. Drafted after two years of public process, the final report includes the preferred alternative for development in the Bel-Red area over the next 30 years.

Preliminary Preferred Alternative:
At the May 3, 2007 Bel-Red Steering Committee meeting, the committee agreed on a preliminary preferred alternative, and directed staff to begin work on the final Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) based on this alternative.
